In a word: Impressive.
In many more words: the whole process was easy. From booking and asking questions before hand they were very responsive and clear. Pricing was transparent and was as per the quite they provided.

Now the duct cleaning. Brian and Evan arrived promptly, introduced themselves and then got to work making sure all the floors were protected and were efficient and getting things going. They communicated just the right amount with what they were doing and how it impacted me. Warning my wife and baby when a loud bit was coming up in the process.
Best of all they were able to show me before and after photos of my ducts and were keen to impress and leave me with peace of mind, and they did.
If I had a questions, they didn't want me to just take their word for it they would happily run and take a picture to show me.
