Services were easy to arrange, and we were able to book our cleaning within the next week. The only negative comment I have I have is once they were here, they tried to add on additional services which would have been an extra $200+. They didn't even ask if they were services we wanted they just said they were going to do it. Thankfully my husband called me and I advised him to ask them to not proceed with the additional services not originally requested. Otherwise, no other issues!

Ethan and Dylan did excellent work in order to clean our ducts , dryer vent , AC coils, and more. They even cleaned my old extremely dirty filter so that I could use it again (reusable filter). They charged me less than what they quoted me as there was less vents than anticipated. This shows that this is an honest business not trying to scam people. Do give them a try.

Highly recommend Prestige Duct Cleaning as they provide excellent, professional and timely service. We hadn't had our ducts cleaned in the almost 24 years that we have owned our house. When I called Prestige to get a quote and book an appointment the representative was polite, professional, and patient. She gave clear responses to my questions and provided me with quotes for the various services that did not change once the services were provided. I was able to book an appointment within a week of my call and was given an approximate time of when the technicians would arrive – one of the technicians called the day before my appointment to narrow the time to a one hour window and they arrived when they said they would. Brian and Todd were our technicians – they were not only polite and courteous but also neat (e.g. wore shoe covers) and counted all the vents and cold air returns, gave clear explanations of what they would be doing and let us know the approximate timeline it would take. We asked them to also clean our dryer vents and our central vacuum ports/line which they graciously did (extra charge but we were already aware that those services were extra). They offered an extra service of spraying a disinfectant (which we did) but were not pushy or trying to upsell by any means – just showed us the brochure, and told us about the benefits of having it done then left the decision up to us. They took before and after pictures and showed us the results. In and out in less than two hours for a 2300 sq. ft bungalow. If you need your ducts cleaned, I would highly recommend Prestige Duct Cleaning!

I was wary of hiring a duct cleaner since there’s so many tele-marketers to weed out before you can find a reputable company. Prestige had a real business address that showed up on Google Maps with company vehicles in the parking lot; it wasn’t run out of a non-descript house, strip mall, or a PO box. I reached out about a price using their online form and received a quote with a fair price in a matter of minutes. Their booking agent was able to accommodate my work schedule and sent Dylan and Todd this past Friday afternoon. The two gentlemen showed up right on time, in a clean company truck and wearing matching uniforms (this gave me confidence I wasn’t dealing with a fly-by-night operation). They instantly got to work assessing the ducting and laying down floor coverings and corner protectors to ensure the vacuum hose didn’t damage my walls. They offered two soft upsells, one of which (A/C coil cleaning), I had planned on asking about anyway. After about an hour and 45 minutes, they were all done, cleaned up behind themselves and processed my payment. Dylan and Todd did a fantastic job, were very friendly and efficient, and communication from Prestige was excellent.

I Just had my ducts cleaned in the morning and my carpet cleaned in the afternoon coordinqated by the Lady I placed my order with.The duct technicians Peejay and Cooper were very professional and did a excellent job and cleaned up when finishing……The carpet cleaner then arrived on schedule his name is Rizaldo hope it's spelled okay and we went over my concerns with some stains.He explained his approach to my concerns.Upon completion of his cleaning I was completely satisfied.

We recently got our duct cleaning done, and the experience from start to finish was excellent. We actually decided to call and book this company after hearing positive reviews from our neighbour.

When we first called for a quote, the receptionist who answered the call was extremely polite and professional. She explained everything in detai and answered all our questions patiently, and made the whole booking process very smooth.

Brian and Ethan did an amazing job. Both were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They wore proper shoe covers, made sure everything was well covered, and ensured there was no dust or mess left behind. We also opted for the disinfectant treatment after the duct cleaning, as well as dryer vent cleaning, and everything was done perfectly.

I had a great experience using Prestige Duct Cleaning to clean the ducts, furnace and AC unit including its fan. I recently renovated my house and there were a lot of dust, debris and dirt in the ducts. Especially construction dust which is much heavier and sticky. Chris and Cooper (I hope I got the names correct) showed up on time, were very professional and knowledgeable, and guide me through all the work and steps. They ensured that the house remained clean and undamaged during the whole process. They made sure everything was back to normal and covered all the access entries in the ducts. They even opened my humidifier system and changed the filter which had not been done by the contractor as promised. I could not be happier with the result, and will recommend them unreservedly.

Everything was easy from scheduling to reminders to showing up on time. The difference in our carpets is miraculous. I only wish we had hired Prestige years ago. The cost is very affordable and worth every penny. The technician was courteous, explained everything and wasn’t pushy to sell more. Overall a great experience.

Pleased with service provided. Employees were efficient, friendly and knowlegable. Not the cheapest around but as always you get what you pay for. Dont get fooled by Facebook fly by night companies that offer to good to be true prices. Used Prestige due to the fact I see them around continously and am pleased at results after home reno.

We used Prestige on recommendation of friends. Technicians Dane & Jesse came in the morning to clean our ducts and Rizaldo came in the afternoon to clean the upholstery on 2 lazy boy armchairs. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and very helpful when I called to book an appointment. The employees arrived exactly on time, were friendly and respectful. They wore booties and worked very hard. We were shown photos of the ducts before and after cleaning them. The chairs look brand new after being cleaned. The team goes through prep and the actual service thoroughly, and is very friendly while providing directions. Scheduling the appointment was easy with quick availability. However, the window of time was too broad for booking as I have a home based business and it really affected my day to not know exactly when they were coming. The work was done well, professional and thorough. No complaints at all about the service providers. The price ended up being significantly higher than I expected, but I believe the value is there and our air quality will be substantially better. I will use Prestige again in the future and will now have a more realistic idea of cost.

We recently had reno completed and desperately needed ducts cleaned. Dane and Jesse arrived on time and gave exceptional duct cleaning service. What a team! Pros: Friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Dane was very personable and explained as he went along. Floors were protected and all vents were thoroughly cleaned. Their equipment far surpassed previous companies used. Dane showed me before pictures and then when done showed after pictures. I have had ducts cleaned many times but this was the best service we ever had. Everything including the vacuuming out of the entire furnace was completed. I highly recommend adding the Benefect. Cons: None I wish I had used this company before now. I highly recommend their service from booking to completion. I plan on booking them to clean my carpets.

The two men who cleaned my area rug and couches/chairs were excellent – they worked hard for several hours, and the furniture came out great. This is my second time using Prestige and I would definitely use them again. They are professional, efficient and results are even better than what I was expecting. I had to change my appointment a few times due to some unfinished renovation work and the office was always very helpful and accommodating. The technician, Wilson, was also very professional and polite and did a fantastic job on some stains/spots and freshening up the carpet to look almost new again.

We had five star service with our duct cleaning,our technician Dane was so informative with everything.He showed us our Ducts on a camera that were so dirty (we were so surprised) When our house was completed and finished our Ducts were unbelievable (cleaned and spotless no dust what so ever) We were so excited and pleased that we now will not inhale dust anymore . Our basement reno took a little longer to wrap up, and we had to reschedule our duct cleaning twice. Prestige accommodated us at every turn and provided friendly, helpful and informative service. Due to our daughters chemical sensitivity, they even offered a more natural but still hospital-graded cleansing agent. Our techs, Josh and PJ, were thorough with their cleaning and treated our home with care, as seen in their laying down mats for their vacuum equipment, enclosing the front door space with a wind shield cover, and more! Prestige definitely stood out for having A++ communication, good prices, thorough service, and being altogether efficient!

What fantastic service this company offered from the office staff who booked my appointment calling me a few days later to make sure I was totally satisfied to the technicians arriving on time they fully protected my house from the back door of there truck to the basement into the furnace area. They walked me through exactly what they were going to perform and completed it in a timely fashion and in a professional fashion. The 2 gentlemen who came to clean our ducts today did a fantastic job and had impeccable manners

I asked for a quote and received one quickly. I was able to book an appointment within a few days of wanting to have the service. I was given a large time frame initially for the appointment (between 8am and 1pm) but was called the day before and the time was narrowed down to a one hour slot. The technicians arrived on time. They were very nice and explained everything along the way. They gave me information on how to fix a problem with the vent on the roof so the clog doesn’t continue to happen. They wore booties in the house on top of their shoes. The process was very quick overall. My only wish is that in the quote I would have been told that there would be an additional charge of an extra $99+tax if they had to go into the attic, which of course they did. Or even when I was booking the appointment. So I went from thinking I was going to pay $200 to just over $300. So that was a surprise during the appointment so not much I could do about that. Other than that the service and communication were great.
