I’ve now used this company for duct cleaning across three different properties, and their professionalism and level of detail are consistently impressive.

For the first two properties, Ethan W. and Kenny Z. did a fantastic job. For the third property, PeeJay R. and Cooper K. handled the work with the exact same high standard of care.

In all three instances, the teams were thorough in explaining the necessary preparations prior to arrival and walked me through their process upon arrival. They surveyed each area carefully and took proactive steps to keep the homes clean while they lay the suction tubes and throughout working.

I especially appreciated their transparency regarding additional options (HRV cleaning, etc..). While they offered a few extra services for consideration, they were not pushy at all when I decided to decline. After completing the jobs, they explained exactly what had been done, shared "before and after" photos, and walked through the final invoice before charging for the services.

It is rare to find such transparency and consistency across different crews. I am very satisfied and highly recommend their 5 star services!
