This is my second time using Prestige and I would definitely use them again. They are professional, efficient and results are even better than what I was expecting. I had to change my appointment a few times due to some unfinished renovation work and the office was always very helpful and accommodating. The technician, Wilson, was also very professional and polite and did a fantastic job on some stains/spots and freshening up the carpet to look almost new again.
