Highly recommend Prestige Duct Cleaning as they provide excellent, professional and timely service. We hadn't had our ducts cleaned in the almost 24 years that we have owned our house. When I called Prestige to get a quote and book an appointment the representative was polite, professional, and patient. She gave clear responses to my questions and provided me with quotes for the various services that did not change once the services were provided. I was able to book an appointment within a week of my call and was given an approximate time of when the technicians would arrive – one of the technicians called the day before my appointment to narrow the time to a one hour window and they arrived when they said they would. Brian and Todd were our technicians – they were not only polite and courteous but also neat (e.g. wore shoe covers) and counted all the vents and cold air returns, gave clear explanations of what they would be doing and let us know the approximate timeline it would take. We asked them to also clean our dryer vents and our central vacuum ports/line which they graciously did (extra charge but we were already aware that those services were extra). They offered an extra service of spraying a disinfectant (which we did) but were not pushy or trying to upsell by any means – just showed us the brochure, and told us about the benefits of having it done then left the decision up to us. They took before and after pictures and showed us the results. In and out in less than two hours for a 2300 sq. ft bungalow. If you need your ducts cleaned, I would highly recommend Prestige Duct Cleaning!
