The truth is that while cleaning up to 10,000 homes every year, occasionally, something goes wrong.
WHAT TAKES PLACE IF AN ISSUE ARISES AFTER WE LEAVE?
Please get in touch with us as soon as you can if your system suddenly develops an urgent issue after your cleaning (this happens very, very seldom). If you don’t have heat or air conditioning and it’s after hours, call an HVAC service provider.
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if a non-urgent issue, query, or a worry surfaces soon after cleaning. We’ll try to resolve it over the phone if possible, or if necessary, set up a free follow-up appointment to evaluate the situation.
WHAT IF AN ISSUE ARISES WHILE YOU ARE AT MY HOUSE?
A furnace may occasionally fail to function after cleaning. While we do everything possible to avoid this (pre-testing your system, looking for warning signals such as frayed wire, and so on), we occasionally miss something.
Before we leave, we pretest your system to check for any functioning problems. If a problem is found, we make every effort to address it right away. If we are unable to resolve the problem ourselves, we will try to arrange for a heating company of your choosing to take care of it as quickly as possible.
