Very nice and friendly people. The up-selling was at a minimum. Provided me with some very useful maintenance tips for my furnace. Showed me before and after photos of the cleaning which gave me peace of mind. They even replaced hole covers in the intake vents made by previous duct cleaners that were degrading.
All and all very satisfied.

I was very pleased with prestige duct cleaning from the moment I called. Very quick turn around for appointment. Called Saturday and appointment on Wednesday. Marc and Josh were polite and informative from the time they entered my house and put on their little booties. They were very efficient and didn't mind explaining the process when I asked. I liked how they covered the floor while they worked and cleaned up in every area they worked on. Very personable. I would highly recommend the company for duct cleaning.

Mark and Dylan were the technicians assigned to our home. They were punctual and were very efficient. They were very accommodating in answering questions & they were clearly knowledgeable about the work that they do. They always asked for permission to do a step of the scope of their work and they always explain what they were working on and why they needed to do it. They’ve also offered solutions instead of just describing issues. They did the job in less time that was estimated. We would request for them again.

The whole experience, from requesting a quote, to scheduling and conducting the actual duct cleaning, has been wonderful and professional. These are the pics from before Prestige came and cleaned our ducts. Excellent service would highly recommend! Marc and Dylan took the time to explain what they were doing and provide advice on how to maintain the HVAC system post-cleaning, all while being very neat in the house. Very noticeable difference in the indoor air quality right away! I feel much more comfortable with my furnace and heating system now, it had been about 10 years since we had any work done on the vents.
The service is pricey but I get why now.. They do top quality work! Thanks 🙂

Marc and Russ were super friendly and provided a top notch service. They were extremely professional from the start and provided us with great tips for maintenance. These guys don't play around. Always very pleased with the excellent customer service as well as the polite and professional staff. Brian is wonderful and he does a superb job and is totally meticulous. Pricing is very clearly explained and once the technicians arrive, they are willing to share options to help reduce cost. They were quick, super clean and thorough.
I got the clean and wash, done with plant based disinfectant, environment friendly and 99.99% germ and mildew disinfectant with no bad odours.

Excellent service. Kevin and Josh were extremely professional. From their clean uniforms to their courteous demeanor, it was a pleasure dealing with them. For the service itself, they did a thorough job of cleaning our vents and furnace. And they did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. Apart from the clean vents there was no evidence that they were even at our home. We would certainly recommend Prestige and will be using them again.

My husband and I have for long been procrastinating duct cleaning. We finally got our act together and settled for Prestige, being my choice post the reviews I read.. so expectations were high when Mark and Russell came by. I must say that they were very professional, helpful with our queries and exceeded our expectations. There was as always a sales pitch for additional services which we bought 2/3 but you have the option to decline with no pressure. After all the job was done my husband and I were satisfied with the outcome and feel assured that we are breathing cleaner air. More pricey than most out there but better value for money spent.

I’ve used Prestige a few times for carpet cleaning, but this was the first time using them for duct cleaning. Very happy with the service, and results.
Marc and Russell were fantastic and extremely professional. They took time to introduce themselves, explain everything as they went, and even took before and after pictures to show me the work.
I already called my parents who need to have their ducts cleaned and told them to be sure to ask for Marc and Russell.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for duct cleaning services.

Arrived within the agreed time frame, polite, in uniform, explained what and how they would do the job. Explained the issues with my furnace and ducts using pictures.
Checked my dryer, didn't have a lot of dirt, waived a charge of $59.00
They also sell and install high quality filter but it is up to the customer to buy or not to buy..
Extremely happy about their work. I no longer settle for those who call to clean duct for $99.00

Technicians were great. Professional, knowledgeable and kind. Took time to answer my questions and explain their services. This will be the only company I deal with now. Prestige Duct Cleaning did a thorough job and their machinery was high quality. I compared to a previous cleaning service in my old home and well, let me just say, in my old home I did not receive the proper duct cleaning. Presitge is far superior.

Dylan and David did a great job! They were friendly and professional, answered all my questions and worked diligently. I love the smell of the disinfectant/anti-fungal but I wish I knew about it before so I could have had it in my initial quote. I never got quality check phone call after either. I'm also disappointed that I didn't get a new furnace filter because it was a non-standard size. Overall, I would recommend their services.

Excellent service. They arrived on time, were really pleasant to deal with, made sure to not make any mess (in fact left my basement cleaner than before they came), showed me before and after photos of my ducts and how much dirt they got out. Were very efficient with their time yet did an extremely thorough job. I can't recommend them enough.
